Mini Air Fry Peaches

I've really been trying to cut out processed foods and incorporate more fresh fruits in to our diets and I came across this little gem. My favorite dish is hands down a delicious peach cobbler!


I also love to use ingredients I already have in the cabinet or fridge so I chose the sweet peaches and decided to try this simple healthy version of the mini peach cobblers. The prep was simple, as we know is a preference for me and course it didn't take long cause I used my favorite kitchen gadget, my air fryer.


Halve the peaches and remove the pit. Then place your peaches in the air fryer skin side UP. I like to put them on parchment paper to catch the brown sugar as it melts then air fry for 5 minutes. While they are cooking, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and brown sugar. After 5 minutes, flip your peaches and put skin side DOWN – top with crumble and cook 5 min more. (cook temp 350) Done!




INGREDIENTS

  • 2 yellow peaches

  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup butter diced into tiny cubes

  • Whipped Cream or Ice Cream
