Fire Cracker Salmon

This dish was amazing and I already had everything in my cabinets! I'm always looking for something quick and exciting and this fire cracker salmon did not disappoint. It only took five minutes to prepare the marinade and slap it on the already seasoned salmon. I season everything and let is set while i prepare the marinade.


Once I have my marinade mixed all together, I pour it on the salmon and I let it sit for another one hour or so, depending on what else I have going on that day. The longer, of course it sets the more flavors get to set. Once the air fryer is preheated (at 380) I spray the inside and top of the salmon and let it cook for about twelve minutes.


I love to pair my salmon with asparagus so I usually add some to the pan as well already seasoned. After removing the salmon and veggies, I sprinkle the green onion with any remaining juices in the air fryer.


Serve over rice!



Recipie


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound salmon fillet no skin

  • 2 green onions chopped

Marinade

  • 3 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger minced

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium

  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
